2. Wallet Balance Requirement

Withdrawals must be funded by cleared wallet balance. Bonus and referral balances follow separate rules — see the Bonus & Promotion Terms.

3. Game Cashout Requests

To move winnings from a third-party game platform back to VegasGameVault, submit a game cashout request from your dashboard. Our team coordinates the transfer manually.

4. Processing Time

Processing time depends on request volume, payment method, and any required checks. Most withdrawals are processed within hours during business hours.

5. Identity Verification

Where risk indicators are present, we may request identity verification before releasing funds. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is complete.

6. Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Activity

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity are placed under review. Withdrawals will be released after review, adjusted for any confirmed fraud.

7. Account Review Before Payout

New accounts and unusually large first withdrawals may undergo enhanced review. This is a protective measure and applies equally to all players.
