Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of VegasGameVault. Please read them carefully — by creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use VegasGameVault. Access is prohibited where sweepstakes-style gaming is restricted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

2. Account Registration

You may register an account by providing accurate, complete information (name, email, phone, and a password). Registration is subject to verification. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@vegasgamevault.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities & Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances and rewards.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use bots, scripts, exploits, VPN masking to evade regional rules, or automated systems.
  • Collude with other players or manipulate game outcomes.
  • Engage in chargeback fraud, payment abuse, or identity fraud.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or our internal systems.

6. One Account Per User

Each player is limited to one account. Duplicate accounts, shared households abusing bonuses, or accounts linked by device, IP, payment method, or personal data may be merged, restricted, or closed with balances voided.

7. Deposits

Deposits fund your VegasGameVault wallet and are credited after successful confirmation. Supported methods include Cash App, Chime, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, and USDT (BEP20). Minimum deposits vary by method and are shown in your dashboard.

8. Bonus Terms

Promotional bonuses (including the Welcome Bonus) are subject to the Bonus & Promotion Terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash unless expressly stated and may be voided in the event of abuse.

9. Referral Program

The referral program is governed by the Referral Program Terms. Rewards trigger on a referred player's first successful deposit. Referral abuse or self-referrals result in reward forfeiture.

10. Weekly Rakeback

Eligible players receive weekly rakeback on real successful deposits, credited every Monday. Bonuses, promotional credits, and unresolved deposits are excluded from rakeback calculations.

11. Wallet System

Your wallet is a record of your funds on the platform. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not covered by any deposit insurance. Wallet balances may be used to fund game accounts, subject to these Terms.

12. Game Account Requests & Manual Creation

When you request access to a third-party gaming platform, our team manually creates the account on your behalf and delivers credentials to you. Creation timing depends on staff availability and platform status. You are responsible for changing the initial password on first login.

13. Manual Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed manually after review. Processing time depends on volume and any required identity checks. We may request verification documents before releasing funds.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, poses a risk to the platform or other players, or breaches applicable law. Balances tied to fraud are forfeit.

15. Fraud Prevention & Multiple Account Abuse

We use manual and automated review to detect fraud, chargeback abuse, and multi-accounting. See the AML & Fraud Prevention Policy for detail.

16. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback on a completed deposit will result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and permanent ban. Contact support first — most disputes can be resolved without a chargeback.

17. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Failed or reversed payments will not be credited. We do not store card numbers or full crypto private keys.

18. Third-Party Gaming Platforms

Game credentials are for third-party sweepstakes platforms operated independently. We do not control gameplay, RNG outcomes, or the availability of these platforms. Their own terms apply to your gameplay session.

19. Intellectual Property

All VegasGameVault branding, code, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VegasGameVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost balances resulting from user error, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

21. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific gameplay outcomes.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VegasGameVault operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.

23. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
