VegasGameVault provides access to digital gaming services. Balances used to fund gameplay are generally not refundable.
2. Approved Deposits
Deposits that have been credited to your wallet and used for gameplay are not eligible for refund.
3. Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally send an incorrect amount or use the wrong method, contact support with proof and we will assist in resolving the issue.
4. Duplicate Payments
Duplicate deposits caused by a payment app retry are typically refundable after verification.
5. Technical Failures
If a technical failure on our side prevents credit of a completed deposit, we will refund or credit the amount after verification.
